Additional Costs
** The prices provided above are primarily for services, including consultation, planning, and sourcing product. Additional fees (design fees) will be expensed for project management and installation. Pricing above does not include the cost of furniture, lighting, flooring, wall treatments, window treatments, fixtures, and decor or accessories, tax, shipping & receiving, or assembly unless explicitly stated in the package details on home organization and interior decorating projects. Additional fees will also be expensed for Teardown & Decor Removal / Organizing / Inventory for Seasonal Decorating and for Post Event Clean-Up / Organizing / Inventory of Event items.
Project Management Fees: If we manage multiple contractors or handle extensive logistics, expect a project management fee (typically 10%-20% of the total budget)
